CHILDREN TAKE PART IN EXCITING RIDES, ENTERTAINING GAMES AND COMPETITIONS
Jaipur : A wonderful 2-day winter carnival for children began on Saturday at the Housing Board Ground located on Aravalli Marg in Mansarovar, Jaipur. This carnival will take place till 17 December, Sunday . The carnival has a variety of rides, activities and competitions to entertain the children, which were enjoyed by the children and their parents alike. The children enjoyed many sports activities like trampoline, 'Tao-Sumo Wrestling', 'Bungee Running Dossier' jumping, cricket net, body zorbing as well as delicious food at the stalls. About 150 stalls have been set up in the carnival, most of which are set up by school children. Additionally, live performances and music also enthralled the children. Children were seen dancing on Bollywood songs and enjoying with their friends at the carnival.
Dr. Jayshree Periwal, Chairperson, Jayshree Periwal Group of Schools, said, “It is the season of celebration. It is heartening to see the children learning while having fun. Children have set up their stalls in the carnival where they can showcase business skills. They are also learning about entrepreneurship, business development techniques and sales. Along with the children, their parents are also participating enthusiastically in these activities.
